The causes of global warming

The causes of global warming are believed to be drastic. It could possibly hurt animals and plants that in the sea as well as forcing plants and animals on land to move to new locations. It is believed that major flooding will occur, possibly droughts. Scientists believe that stronger storms will also increase. Worst of all the polar ice caps could melt resulting in a raise of the sea level. It is also speculated that human disease could spread in certain parts of the world. Farming crops are also believed to drastically decline. Floods and droughts will destroy crops resulting in more hunger and malnutrition.

As global warming causes the seas to heat up corals will begin to die. Diseases that harm sea creatures will spread quicker due to the increased warmth. Many plants and animals would have a hard time trying to survive. Flowers that require a period of cold weather to bloom will not get the cold weather and will not bloom. Extreme storms will become even stronger and more frequent. Hurricanes will occur more frequently and will even grow to greater strengths. An increase in rainfall will result flooding and droughts in many area. As the ice melts and the sea level rises coastal regions could become submerged.
