1. A man doesn’t like to be rejected sexually. Men have a sexual drive that when ignored can want him to turn to other means for gratification. Married women should always be there for their husband’s even when they don’t feel like it. This is not out of duty or responsibility, but out of love for the man you married. A husband needs his wife to want him.

The wife’s body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way the husband’s body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. Don’t deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so you may devote yourself to prayer. Then come together again so Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self control. 1 Corinthians 7:4-5

2. A man does not want to be dominated by a woman. When a wife takes the helm and controls situations and state of affairs in the home and marriage, a husband becomes less likely to want to get involved or do anything at all. This is why some husband’s just go ahead and let their wife’s tell them what to do, it is much easier to let her take control than to constantly argue, fuss, and fight. But this is not right.

Why do you think men complain about taking out the garbage? Think about it for a minute. It is demeaning, as if that is all he can do. But a man’s job is to be the spiritual leader, provider, protector, and authority of the home. We shouldn’t be in such a hurry to undermine our husband’s position. Give it back to your husband where it belongs. He needs to take the lead in the home.

A wise and Christ honoring husband will not take advantage of his wife. And a wise Christ honoring wife will not try and undermine her husband’s position.

Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the Church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the Church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
Ephesians 4:22-24

3. A man does not want to be belittled, criticized, or treated as a child. Why would a wife belittle her husband? It goes back to why she feels the need to control everything in the marriage. Some women think their husband’s can’t do anything right, or as good as she can do it, and so treat them with contempt. The problem is, many women want things done their way and don’t give their husband’s a chance to do anything.

Most men because of being treated in such a fashion end up releasing their negative emotions and frustrations through outside means. Ladies, if your husband is cold and distant with you, and you’re not sure why, it could be the way you are treating him. A man needs to be treated like a man, and if his manhood is constantly undermined by a nagging and controlling wife than he isn’t going to stick around and keep taking it. Let your man feel good about who he is by praising him for his efforts and accomplishments. A man needs to be admired by his woman, plain and simple. As his wife you should be looking for ways to make him feel good about the man he is.

If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other. Galatians 5:15

4. A man doesn’t want a woman who can’t cook. One way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Men like to eat good tasty food every single day. As the cook in the home, we wives should also make sure that the food we do cook is healthful as well. We want our husband’s to enjoy the meal but we also want him to be full of energy and feeling well physically. It is our job to take control of what our husband eats and serve him tasty home cooked healthy meals.

5. A man doesn’t want a woman who clings to him and won’t give him space and freedom with his friends. We all need and want balance in our life. One way to get that balance is for husband and wife to have a friend or hobby to enjoy their time with once in awhile.

Some women feel deprived or jealous when a husband goes out with his friends. She wants him to spend his spare time with her. If a man has taken care of his responsibilities in the home and his wife doesn’t need him for anything, he should be given the freedom to go play golf, hunt or whatever it is he does. Come on ladies, don’t cling to him like a puppy dog, men hate that. Let him go have some fun on his own. Believe me, when he comes home, he will be a happier man.

6. Men don’t like want women who have foul mouths and behave like one of the guys. Men don’t want to compete with the woman in their life on any level, especially in the manhood area. A man has usually been with the guys all day at work, and he needs to come home to a beautiful feminine wife. Be there for him, ladies, show him what you got in the feminine department. He’ll be glad he came home! Be lovely, kind, and affectionate, even if he comes home with a bad attitude. This is where you can take control of the marriage by giving yourself to your husband.

Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight 1 Peter 3:4

Thousands of couples make the decision to get married, each year. The majority of those couples will plan their own wedding, but some will hire the services of a wedding planner. A wedding planner is a professional individual who will take care of almost all wedding planning aspects. Their work is always important. If you are using the services of a wedding planner, you may be wondering how you can thank them for their work.

There are a wide variety of different ways that you can express your appreciation to your wedding planner. One of the most common ways includes giving them a tip or a bonus. While extra money is always appreciated, not everyone can afford to offer their wedding planner a bonus. There are other ways, besides money, to show your appreciation. In fact one of those ways is fairly inexpensive.

For every wedding that is planned, wedding invitations are ordered. Wedding invitations are use to notify the guests that you will be having a wedding ceremony and a reception afterwards. Guests who receive a wedding invitation are often overcome with excitement and joy. Without your wedding planner it is possible that they joy may never be felt, so shouldn’t they be able to experience the same excitement?

A great way to show appreciation to your wedding planner, in a non-expensive way, is to personally send them a wedding invitation. A wedding invitation for wedding planner is an important, but virtually a free way to show appreciation. It is likely that you already ordered and paid for the wedding invitations; therefore, no extra costs should be incurred.

Having a wedding invitation for wedding planner is completely optional, you are not required to send one if you do not want to. However, there are a number of benefits to setting aside a wedding invitation for wedding planner. The greatest benefit is the feeling that they would receive. Many wedding planners are proud of their work. The feeling of receiving a wedding invitation for a wedding planner is something that is often immeasurable.

In addition to providing a wedding planner with a sense of happiness, a wedding invitation for wedding planner can also be used as an example of their work. Ordering wedding invitations is one of the many tasks that a wedding planner is responsible for. Sending one of your wedding invitations to your wedding planner will provide them with a sample of their work. This sample could be used to help obtain new clients in the future, something a wedding planner desperately needs.

As previously mentioned, the decision is completely yours. It is understandable if you do not want to offer a wedding invitation to your wedding planner. Doing so may be important to them in a number of different ways. There are others ways to show your appreciation, but most are not as easy and as low-cost as sending a wedding invitation to your planner.

Five card stud is definitely an immensely popular casino pastime. The betting aficionados, jealously guarding their either fully or partially hidden cards, make wagers into a central pot which is ultimately awarded to the last gamester holding the highest set of cards. (And yes, the coolest bluffing hand may well prevail as well!)

In case you have little understanding of betting house games, then be sure to read the following —

For the sake of clarity, a gambling house is an edifice that features games of luck. Aficionados are expected to wager by operating slot-machines or alternate pastimes of chance. Gaming hall games more often than not include ovious probabilities built in that make sure the house keeps possession of its edge versus the gambling enthusiasts.

More often than not, betting establishment games encourage you to get far too infatuated speedily. the good old one-armed-bandit, a coin operated instrument with three plus discs that swivel once an arm on its side is operated. The instrument normally remits based on a range of pictures displayed on the information screen of the instrument. Disastrously, gaming hall games tend to convey the misconception of domination, deluding the betting aficionado - the victim is tasked with decisions, but these cannot hope to really match the patron’s long-term disadvantage. This is due to the betting establishment never paying out the entire wager as expected. This philosophy is repeatedly seen at work in well-known casino games like Texas hold’em, dice, roulette or blackjack.

Blind Poker is truly a highly popular casino game. The gaming aficionados, studiously guarding their fully covered cards, place bets in the pot which is then awarded to the winning player possessing the winning set of cards. (And yes, the bluffing hand may actually win too…)
game casinos

Analogous to seven-card stud, blackjack too is a highly fashionable casino pastime. A generous portion of its is thanks to its peculiar mix of chance and smarts and decision making, and a system dubbed card counting. The aforementioned is a particularly complex technique by which gambling enthusiasts are in a position to dramatically reverse the chances of the game to their own benefit both by betting & strategic opetations according to the hands shown.

“Craps” is a famous casino wagering game based on the throw of 2 dice. Clients will bet their stakes on the outcome of of one cycle, or on a series of cycles of 2 dice. Contrary to blackjack, there is no realistic bona fide killer system you could exercise to ramp up the odds.

Roulette is another celebrated casino game of luck during which a croupier spins a roulette wheel accomodating a set of thirtyseven (European roulette) or exactly thirty-eight (Vegas roulette) uniquely marked places in which the ball must settle, marking the winning number and the other respective odds. Then if our punter has bet on a single number and actually is successful i.e. it is indeed enjoying a lucky hand, the repayment is thirty-five to one, the initial stake is returned. Indeed in totality it’s multiplied by a factor of 36.

When faced with the once-a-life-time decision of choosing a wedding band ring, everyone should do their own research in order to make sure they get the piece that can symbolize the eternality of marriage. For those who are seriously considering of buying the modern metals (titanium or tungsten) as wedding rings, here are some thoughts that are worth considering.

Will they be scratched?
Although titanium wedding bands are very strong and durable, the surface of the rings can actually be scratched. It takes another extremely hard object such as diamond to cut into the metal; however, it does not get damaged during normal daily use. For titanium rings with gold, silver or platinum inlay, the inlay part of the ring is as vulnerable as a ring that is made of the precious metal itself. In the case of minor a blemish, a titanium ring can be re-polished or refinished to restore the original appearance. On the other hand, tungsten rings are totally resistant to abrasions. Since tungsten carbide, the most common grade of tungsten alloy offered in the market, is extremely hard, it will NEVER get scratched.

Will they be bent out of shape?
Both titanium and tungsten have extremely high ductile strength. However, under extremely circumstances, titanium rings could bend out of round but a tungsten ring could not. If a high pressure is applied on a titanium ring, which could happen when being hit by a car door, the ring would bend when the force is strong enough. On the other hand, a tungsten ring stands a better chance of remaining intact, because tungsten in general is harder than titanium. However, once the force goes beyond the threshold, the tungsten ring will be fractured into several pieces instead of bend out of round. This characteristic, which we refer to as being brittle, is similar to that of diamonds whereas it is extremely hard but not ductile at all.

Will the color turn?
Neither of the metals will turn color. Titanium and tungsten alloy are biological inert and do not turn color with normal usage such as being exposed to the sun, in contact with sea water or cosmetic products.

Can they be resized?
The possibility of getting resized might be important since we gain or lose weight in the future. Due to the extraordinary high melting points of titanium and tungsten alloys, they cannot be cut and welded like traditional precious metals. Hence, resizing is more difficult, if not possible. Titanium wedding rings can be compressed or stretched up to one size, if there are no stones or inlay on the rings, with the help of special equipment. However, tungsten carbide wedding rings can not be resized at all. Therefore, one must measure the ring size carefully, possibility averaging the finger sizes at different times of the day, in order to avoid any sizing problem after the titanium or tungsten wedding band rings.

Between news coverage, soap operas and family drama, we all have some preconceived notions about premarital agreements (also know as prenuptial agreements). Here are a few of the most common myths, debunked:

Myth 1: Prenuptial agreements are only for wealthy people, my fiancé and I are not rich and so we don’t need an agreement.

You may not be rich, but you definitely want to have a successful marriage. Having those honest discussions regarding how the two of you will approach finances will ensure that there won’t be any surprises once you are married. You never want to actually need to enforce the premarital agreement, right? Talking about financial issues in advance will help insure that you handle your finances with minimal conflict during your marriage as well as in case of divorce.

Example: You may become rich in the future. Your education or ideas and talents may one day become more valuable than they are today. You need to think about how you’d want to handle the sale of a book, screenplay or song; you may also need to think about how you’d handle the division of a business in the event of a divorce.

Example: Second and third marriages can often bring conflict between children from prior relationships and new spouses. Clear discussions about finances in a divorce or premature death situation help everyone avoid conflict later.

Myth 2: Prenuptial agreements are designed to simply protect the wealthier spouse and strip the other spouse of all of his or her rights.

Fact: Prenuptial and premarital agreements should be designed to protect both spouses. Premarital agreements which are unfair and completely one-sided are probably not enforceable in court. By definition, the agreement must be fair. The basic requirements for premarital agreements to be enforceable are: signing the agreement must be voluntary, it can’t be unfair when it’s signed; each party needs to make a full disclosure of your assets and debts.

Premarital agreements can be designed so that everyone’s needs are met.

Example: With a premarital agreement, you will know in advance how your assets and debts would be handled in the event you do not stay married. You’re negotiating the property settlement while you’re both in love with each other. You would not be at the mercy of your spouse’s generosity or lack of generosity at the time of a divorce.

Example: If you end up needing your agreement to be enforced by the court, you’ll be glad that you made it reasonable from the beginning (and therefore enforceable). For example, by providing a reasonable support structure for your spouse in the premarital agreement, in the event of a divorce, this agreement defines the support’s limits, terms, amount and duration. If you left it up to a court, you would have no control over any of the terms.

Myth 3: Premarital Agreements Aren’t Romantic.

Fact: Jessica Simpson didn’t think they were romantic, either. And, there’s nothing romantic about fighting about money once you’re married because you never discussed how you’d handle your finances, either. Clearly, premarital agreements are touchy subjects, but consider this quote from the Nolo Press book Prenuptial Agreements: How to Write a Fair and Lasting Contract (Nolo Press 2004):

“While a prenuptial agreement may not seem like a very romantic project, working together to consider and choose the terms of a prenup can actually strengthen your relationship. After all, marriage is a partnership in every sense of the word. Learning how to deal respectfully and constructively with each other about finances is a benefit in itself. So even if you conclude that you don’t need a prenup, using this book can help you converse with each other about the importantand sometimes challengingfinancial matters that are sure to arise in the course of your marriage.”

“When you marry, you make what you expect and hope will be a lifetime commitment to be there for each other in every way. Your prenup should support and reflect the spirit of partnership with which you approach your wedding vows.”

Myth 4: Premarital Agreements must deal with every issue that might come up in a divorce.

Fact: You can include as many issues or as few issues as you wish. Because premarital agreements are private contracts, you can make them as detailed as you want.

Example: If the only thing you want for your premarital agreement to accomplish is to protect your pre-marital property, you can limit your premarital agreement to that issue alone.

If the only thing you want for your premarital agreement to accomplish is to outline what would happen in the event of your death, in addition to a Will or a Trust, you can limit your premarital agreement to that issue alone.

If you want your premarital agreement to cover almost every issue that might come up in a divorce except one or two issues (like spousal support, or contributions to a pension during the marriage, for example), then you can have the agreement cover everything except the issues you want to exclude.

If you want your premarital agreement to cover every issue, you can do that, too.

Myth 5: If we don’t get married, my live-in mate won’t have any claims to my income or property.

Fact: You could risk your income or assets by living together without marrying.

Palimony is a spousal support substitute for alimony or spousal support for people who are not married. Palimony claims are difficult to prove, but that doesn’t stop some people from trying.

Also, if you have an oral or written discussion about how you will own property, share income, assets, debts and so forth, it’s sometimes possible to make a claim that contract law applies (as opposed to family law), and that property should be divided even if it’s only in one person’s name, or only one person paid the bills. There are also real estate partition laws that can dictate how property is divided, and in some cases you can even force an involuntary sale at auction.

If you are going to live together without getting married, you’ll want a cohabitation agreement. It’s better to decide who contributes to and owns property before you buy things rather than afterwards.

Example: Remember actor Lee Marvin (The Dirty Dozen and more than 60 other movies)? In the 1970’s, his live-in girlfriend of 6 years, Michelle Triola, brought an action against him alleging that she and Lee Marvin entered into an oral agreement that during the time they lived together that they would combine their efforts and earnings and share equally the property accumulated through their individual or combined efforts, and that Michelle would be his companion, housemaker, housekeeper and cook, give up her career as an entertainer and singer, and that Lee Marvin agreed he would provide for all her financial support for the rest of her life.

After a couple of appeals, the court agreed with Michelle Triola. Lee Marvin had to pay her $104,000, which was quite a bit of money back in the 1970’s. Worse still, you can imagine what he probably paid in attorneys fees to defend these claims. But that’s only half the story: Michelle Triola Marvin also had an attorney who needed to be paid, too. Taken in this perspective, a premarital agreement or cohabitation agreement is a cost-effective way to handle this type of situation.

Conclusion: The truth is that a carefully crafted premarital or prenuptial agreement can cement your relationship, prompt you to have the hard discussions that engaged couples need to have, and insure that your finances are handled the way you each intend in the event you were to divorce or pass away prematurely.

It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.

Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.

In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.

Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. See which lenders are charging fees 5 percent and for how much. Different lenders charge different fees. Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 7 percent. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 10 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 4 percentage. While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 9 percent. In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 11 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged. Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin. Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 5 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly. But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 10 percent offered by competitors will change.

To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. And of course, each loan and each borrower are different.

A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 5 percent.

That Holy Book, called the Bible, is the only Book like it. While many know that it is a holy Book, they do not know exactly what the Bible is, or why it was given. Once those two thoughts can be understood, then we will be able to answer the above question satisfactorily.

In an effort to be able to answer both at the same time, this outline should help to answer the question, Is the Bible something we can use to live by? To this question, the only reasonable answer is a definite Yes.

1. Yes, Because Its Author Is Divine

The Scriptures declare themselves to be of God. In II Timothy 3:16 the Bible tells us “All scripture is given by inspiration of God…” This word “inspiration” does not refer to the type of inspiration a poet, or a writer gets today. No, this was a special thing. It referred to the fact that “God-breathed” out the Scriptures from Himself. That is actually the Greek meaning of the word. In other words, the idea is that God so directed that “men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost” (II Peter 1:21), with the result that the words of the written Bible were inerrant (incapable of any error).

In applying this truth a little further, it can be seen that God was able to produce an infallible Book because He is Himself infallible. He also knows all things (omniscient), and He knows what we will need to live for Him.

2. Yes, Because He Has Given Believers His Spirit

This here is a point that needs to be very seriously considered. It is the dividing line between who can follow the teachings of the Bible, and who cannot. Having religion is not enough, and having the Ten Commandments is not enough to please God. He requires that we be made new by His Spirit - new, in the sense that our old way of life, and thoughts, are forsaken, and He moves in after baptism - and forgives the past transgressions, and His presence transforms the believer. Apart from this transformation that He makes in us, there can be no salvation. Christ died to bring us forgiveness, and redemption, and a new life - a life through the Spirit of God, and of His Son is us. His Spirit enables the believer to do what he could not do before.

3. Yes, Because It Covers All The Bases

Should the believer today live by the Bible? Yes, and he can, because God knew everything that he would ever face - through all the ages of the earth. The Bible was given, first to point mankind to the Savior, Christ, and then so “that the man of God may be perfect (mature), throughly furnished unto all good works” - this comes right after the above verse on inspiration. It is a Book that perfects the believer, and makes him so that God might be able to bless the life.

4. Yes, Because It Brings Blessing From Him

What a joy the believer has who seeks to be guided by the Bible! They are specially blessed by God Himself. In Psalm 1, the Bible tells us that, if a believer will walk different from those around him, and according to the Bible, that God will bless him - and he will be happy (not necessarily trouble free). In fact, the promise goes, if that believer will stay in the Bible, and daily think on its teachings with the intent to live by them, then God will bless them. His blessing will be compared to making them “like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper” (Psalm 1:1-3).

5. Yes, Because It Prepares Us To Meet Him

My final point is this, that the Bible should be followed because He gave it to prepare us. In the Bible we read of His love, and of His Sacrifice that Christ paid for us to be able to live with Him one day. Apart from some necessary do’s and don’ts, the Bible is basically a letter of love - to the believer. When a believer follows the Bible, then the Spirit can guide him better, and give that person a greater joy and peace. Trouble comes so often for the believer - because we are not following Him. Obedience strengthens our relationship with Him. When a person loves God with all their heart, it is never an issue because then we will understand that all He wants us to do is because of love, and it will enable us to draw closer to Him in love. Following Him prepares us to live apart from sin, and in a sinless environment - Heaven itself.

David declared the condition of the believer who follows the Word carefully: “Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart” (Psalm 119:2).

In connection with the WTC disaster there are conspiracy theories that have been proposed. Such as that the airliner did not fit the size of the building. A terrorist passport was found in good order, whereas everything else was destroyed. The building simply could not have collapsed because of the crash, despite all the kerosine. And so on and so forth.

There have been many conspiracy theories about all kinds of ‘hidden agenda’s’. King David also had a hidden agenda when he conspired with his army to have Uriah killed, the husband of Bathsheba. We all, in fact, have hidden agenda’s. They are called our sins, not exposed yet by the Holy Spirit to our consciences.

There have been the hidden agenda’s of the Nazis, for example. And history will expose these schemes, whatever they might be. But conspiracy theorists tend to set people on edge and alienate them from their christian calling; even turning some into enemies of whoever. Whereas the bible teaches us in Ephesians chapter six that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the dark demonic powers in the air.

A very elaborate theory is proposed by somebody in the States that all conspiracy theories are smokescreens of the true conspiracy, namely that the Vatican tries to infiltrate the entire world at all levels. Now every church tries to grow and so does the Roman Catholic church. But we cannot know really who the whore of Revelation will be, as she is called by the Lord a mystery. Now the nature of a mystery obviously is that it has not been revealed. But people then will know, just as they will understand the mystery number 666 in those days that are still to come. That is not given to us now and neither is it necessary.

The real conspiracy that is out there is the one by satan himself who with his divide and conquer tactics sets up people against each other. Communists against capitalists, Muslims against Westerners, colored against white and so on. And in this way he succeeds in polarizing us and occupying our hearts with negative feelings and thoughts.

Curiosity killed the cat. We christians need not know the depths of satan. We know that satan is called the god of this age in the bible and that the world lies in the evil one. We need not know how God, Who is infinitely greater than satan, rules through him in this regard and of course also directly in our hearts and through the unfallen angels. We need to gather treasures in heaven and serve, honor and worship our Lord as the supreme treasure of our hearts and we need to love our fellowmen as ourselves. This kind of super occult knowledge would only confuse us and distract us, if not worse.
